Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

    4 Large Chicken Breast
    1/2 C Sugar Free Syrup
    1 (8 oz) Low Sodium Tomato Sauce
    1 (6 oz) Low Sodium Tomato Paste
    2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
    Black Pepper
    4 packets stevia, truvia or splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken
Put into crock pot
Add the chicken and coat with sauce, cover and cook on High 6-7 hours
Take Chicken out and shred, using one fork toh old the chicken and one fork to shred it.
Put chicken back into the sauce and stir.
Enjoy!
