Introduction

The amount in this smoothie makes two servings. Beware, it has a slight celery taste, so if you don't celery, substitute the celery with 2 cups of raw spinach. Ingredients

    4 stalks celery
    1 medium banana
    1 medium apple
    cup pitted dark cherries
    1 cup spinach
    2 cups green jasmine tea
    2 scoops Amazing Grass wheat grass powder
    4 tbsp Non-GMO Lecithin Granules

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender (VitaMix preferred) and mix well for at least 90 seconds on high. Makes 2 approx 20oz servings. Refrigerated will keep up to 48 hours.
