Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

    1370 g potatoes, raw, with skin
    1 T olive oil
    2 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 c Parmesan cheese
    2 T onion powder
    2 T garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Cut potatoes into cubes. Dump into a Ziploc bag or very large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Add cheese, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper and toss again to coat evenly or shake vigorously in the bag.

Spread out on a large cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until browned. Time to cook will depend on the size of your cubes.

Each serving = apx 126 g after cooking
