Prepare grits according to package, and cook 2 slices of bacon in a skillet or in the microwave between a folded paper towel. This should take about 10 minutes for both. Then all you do is place your grits in a bowl add your brown sugar and margarine, and stir till the white or yellow grits turn a tan color. Then you add your bacon by crumbling and thats it. You can grab a spoon now. It is delicious.
