Spaghetti Squash

Introduction

This is my favorite dish! This is my favorite dish!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups cooked spaghetti squash
    2 TBSP butter, salted
    1/3 cup shredded parmesan
    1/3 cup grated parmesan

Directions

Cut spaghetti squash in half width-wise and scoop out seeds and pulp. Poke holes in the top of it and place it on a plate with a little water on the plate. Microwave on high for 12 minutes.

When it's done, scrape out the insides with a fork. It will come out in strands, like spaghetti.

Measure 4 cups of squash. Add in butter and Parmesan. Microwave for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
