Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup bisquick heart smart baking mix
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 teaspoons vanilla
    3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl and pour into crock pot prepared with cooking spray. Cook on low for 4 hours or until thermometer reads 160.
