Ingredients

    4 cups of water
    1 cup chicken stock
    3 cups chopped carrot
    4 tsp ginger root
    1 large onion

Directions

Simmer all together until carrots and ginger are soft.
Cool slightly. Blend in food processor or blender until smooth.
