4 C Oats 1C sunflower seeds 1/2 C Nutritional Yeast 2 1/2 C Pumpkin seeds 1 C Honey 1/2 C Brown Sugar, loosely packed 4 T Butter 1C + dried fruit
Put oats, nutritional yeast, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in baking pan and brake together for 20 minutes stirring as needed. Meanwhile in sauce pan melt together brown sugar, butter, honey and a little salt if desired. when this is all done pour sauce over dry ingredients, add fruit. Place in greased or non stick pan and bake for around 20 minutes, till they look done.
