Ingredients

    1 head Butter Lettuce
    1 cup cooked garbanzos
    .75 cup boiled beets, chopped
    4 oz Starkist chunk light tuna in water (from 5 oz can- drained)
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbl olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon

Put all ingredients (except oil, lemon, garlic) in large bowl
Mix gently, and toss w/ olive oil
add lemon, garlic and salt and pepper to taste
