Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds lean groundbeef
    1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    3/4 cup diced onions
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    8 Tbsp barbecue sauce

    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp mustard
    6 TBSP ketchup

Directions

Mix all ingredients except honey, mustard and ketchup. Place in a 9 x 13 in baking dish. Cook for 1 hour or until brown all the way through. Mix honey, mustard and ketchup. Spread over meatloaf and place back in oven for 5 minutes.

Makes 10 servings.
