Peanut Butter Pie - quick and easy!

Introduction

I could have reduced the calories a little more with sugar free pudding - but I have a one year old and I don't like giving him artificial sweeteners. Ingredients

    I large box of instant vanilla pudding
    .65 cups peanut butter
    1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
    3 cups of cool whip
    2 cups skim milk

Directions

This makes 6 slices of pie. Mix milk, pudding and peanut butter with a whisk until blended. Spoon into pie crust. Cover with cool whip. Chill.
