Chocolate Fudge Cake

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 2/3c. Splenda
    1/2c. Unsalted Butter
    2tbs. Water
    2 Bars Unsweetened Baking Chocolate (4oz)
    3 Large Eggs
    1 1/2tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1 1/3c. Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4tsp. Baking Soda
    1/4tsp. Salt
    3/4c. Unsweetened soy milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan.
Microwave splenda, butter and water for about 1 1/2 minutes until hot. Remove and add baking bars, stir unitl melted.
Mix in eggs, vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt and stir well. Then add milk or soy milk until consitancy is right.
Pour into pan and bake for about 20 minutes
