Vegan Mac and Cheese

Introduction

Every time I make this recipe, I change it just a little... Every time I make this recipe, I change it just a little...
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup vegan margarine
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    2 cups water
    4 cups cooked pasta

Directions

1) Heat one cup water, spoon in dry ingredients and whisk continually until thick.
2) Take off oven and stir in margarine and mustard.
3) Whip it well and return to a low heat.
4) Add remaining water and stir until sauce has reached desired consistency.
5) Mix with finished pasta and serve hot. ENJOY!! :)
