6 Romaine Lettuce (inner leaves)
1/2 Cup Green beans (cooked and drained)
2 lg Hard Boiled Eggs
3 oz Tuna (in water, drained)
1 oz (28 g) Green Olives
8 Slices cucumber (peeled)
0.5 oz Anchovy (3 filets)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
3 tsp White Wine Vinegar
pinch of salt, pepper and dill weed
While the eggs and beans are cooking wash the lettuce and arrange on a plate. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a good lid and shake vigorously.
Arrange the beans, eggs and tuna on the lettuce. Add the olives and the anchovies. Finally drizzle the dressing over the top and serve immediately.
