Lasagna that is not baked, but tastes just as good Lasagna that is not baked, but tastes just as good

    lasagna noodles
    ground beef/turkey
    marinara sauce
    italian seasoning
    red pepper flakes
    ricotta cheese
    basil - if you use fresh use 3/4 c chopped
    parmesan cheese
    mozzarella cheese


This makes about 12 - 1 cup servings.
1. Prepare the noodles as directed.
2. While noodles are cooking brouwn the meat until no longer pink. While cooking break up the meat with a spoon. After the meat is cooked add the marinara and heat to boiling allowing to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occationally. Add italian seasoning and creshed red pepper flakes.
3. In a sepeart bowl stir ricotta, basil, parmesan and pepper.
4. drain noodles, return to saucepan. Add meat and cheese mixture to the noodles, mix and serve.
