Lownotediva's Turkey Vegetable Soup

Introduction

My husband loves this soup with fresh buns. He could eat the whole pot. My husband loves this soup with fresh buns. He could eat the whole pot.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 cup Turkey broth
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced celery
    2 cups carrots diced
    2 cup diced yellow turnip
    1 cup diced raw potato
    2 oz. Barrilla Orzo
    8 oz. diced dark turkey meat
    1 tsp. each parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Simmer all day. Add more stock if needed. Makes 6 meal size servings.
