Revised to my version with addition of Fiber One instead of 4 C. Oat Cereal as Original version specifies. I'm thinking of incorporating to 1/2 Raisins and 1/2 Chocolate Chips?

Ingredients

LIteHouse, Cold Pressed 100% Apple Cider Blended w/Gala Apples., 8 oz
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking,1 1/2 C.
    Baking Soda, .50 tsp
Peanut Butter, Low Sodium [Better'n Peanut Butter],1 C.
Vermont Creamery, Cultured Butter; lightly salted.,1/2 C.
Apples, fresh, .25 cup, quartered or chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Quaker Oats, 1 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Kroger Flour, White Whole Wheat,1/2 cup
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup
Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon Cereal, 2 C.
Fiber One Bran Cereal, 2 C.

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees, prepare 9X13 baking dish or pan with oil or PAM Spray to prevent sticking, set aside.

Boil Apple Cider and Apples with the Spleda added until reuduced to 1/4 C. Add the Peanut Butter, Butter, Vanilla, Salt, Raisins, in a large Mixing Bowl adding the egg once mixture has smoothen out somewhat and blended. Add the Oats and Flour, again mixing until blended. Gradually add the Cereal stirring without breaking apart too much to incorporate into the mixture. Retrieve the prepaired Baking Dish, and add smoothing out somewhat to spread it evenly across the pan.

Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool and Cut into the desired Shape of Bars, these can be made larger for fewer Portions; but remember the Calorie Differences in doing so.
