2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 thick slice onion, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, sliced
10 oz small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 Tbsp fish sauce
