Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients

    3T Balsamic Vinegar
    1T Olive Oil
    2T Fresh Rosemary
    1/4 t ground black pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 portions chicken breast (1 pound)

Directions

In a pie plate, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh rosemary, black pepper and garlic. Add chicken and turn to coat.

Lighly coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Place chicken in skillet and cook for 6 minutes. Turn and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 6 more minutes.

Slice cooked chicken. Serve with couscous and your choice of vegetable.
