Ingredients

1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 cup juice (I used tropical fruits)
1 cup fresh berries (I used blackberries)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp oil (I used corn oil)
1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or gasmark 6 for UK). Mix by hand the flour, juice, egg, sugar until just barely blended (don't over mix or the muffins will turn out hard). Throw in the blackberries and fill 6 muffin pockets. Cook 20 minutes or until golden.
