Apple Pear and Peach Bake

Introduction

This is my version of Fruit Compote.
You will need some kind of liquid to keep this moist, I used Cranberry juice. I also used Maple Sugar sprinkles.

You will need some kind of liquid to keep this moist, I used Cranberry juice. I also used Maple Sugar sprinkles.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 medium Pears quartered
    1 medium Peaches, sliced
    1 Granny Smith Apples, cored, but not sliced through
    1handfull Cranberries, dried, sweetened or fresh cranberries
    3-4 Walnuts, chopped
    1-2 tsp Cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
    1-2 TBS Brown Sugar (I used splenda brown sugar)
    1-2 TBS Maple Sugar sprinkles
    1-2 TBS Ginger Root, grated

Directions

Core apple, slice but not all the way through, place in center of baking dish.
Slice peach into equal amount of slices, place on one side of apple.
Slice pear into quarters and place on opposite side of apple.

Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries over the top of all fruit and into center of apple.

Sprinkle Maple Sugar sprinkles over all followed by cinnamon and brown sugar. Grate Ginger over the top of all.

Put liquid of your choice in bottom of pan.

Bake at 350 until Apple or pear are soft.

This can serve 2 or 3.
USE COMMON SENSE FOR THE SERVING SIZE.
