Ingredients

    1 c Juice
    1/2 Banana or 3/4 c Berry Medley
    2 T Whey Powder
    2 T Ground Flax Seed
    1 T Psyllium Husks, Ground
    1 T Chia Seed
    1 T Wheat Germ
    600 mg Fish Oil
    1/2 c Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
    3 Ice Cubes
