2 lbs Lean ground beef
2 cans Dark Red Chili Beans
1 6oz can Tomato Paste
1 14.5 oz can Diced Chili Tomatoes
2 cans Water
2 Medium Onions peeled and chopped.
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Cayanne Pepper (or to taste)
1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Box Spaghetti
Separately, lightly saute onions till clear (not brown)
Add Onions, Kidney Beans (drained) Chili Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, and 2 cans water.
Simmer for 1-2 hours and boil off excess liquid if needed.
Serve over Spaghetti with Mexican Cheese.
Makes 8 servings.
