Delicious 100% Whole Wheat biscuits

Introduction

Delicious, low calorie, healthy biscuit Delicious, low calorie, healthy biscuit
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour or 1 c. whole wheat flour and 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. Baking Powder
    3/4-1 cup Buttermilk or 1% milk w/ 2T. vinegar
    1/4 t. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 Tbsp. honey or Brown Sugar

Directions

Combine honey, buttermilk, and oil. Stir. Combine dry ingredients and add to buttermilk mixture. Stir together and drop 8 biscuits onto sprayed cookie sheet. You can roll out and cut 8 buscuits also.

Bake 400 degrees 10-12 min.
