Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 17 ounces (remove)
    Red Potato, 475 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    sundried tomatos in olive oil, 4 oz (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 16 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
    Wine, non-alcoholic, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

chop up all ingredients into a crock pot. cook on hi for 2.5-3 hours till the potato's are done. Original recipe called for no onions but four cloves of garlic. I am allergic to garlic. Probably would be better with the garlic. you can cook it on low for 6-7 hours also. This is nice
