Great breakfast treat. Great breakfast treat.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * **Flax Seed Meal , 3 tbsp
    * Water, bottled, 1 serving
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, .50 tsp
    * Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, .50 small
    tri protein powder, 1 serving or 2 scoops

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Lightly coat pan with safflower oil and pour mix into pan. Cook 3-5 mins or until done.
