Chrissys 15 Bean Soup

Ingredients

    15 Bean Soup, Dried Serving = 35 grams dry or 1/2 Cup Cooked, 2.5 serving
    Carrots, raw, 8 oz
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Tony's Creole Seasoning Serving = 1/4 TSP, 0.25 tsp
    *Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 8 oz

Directions

Sort & rinse 1 cup dried 15 beans, soak in 6 cups cold water overnight in large covered bowl. Drain off liquid & place beans into crockpot, add 8 cups boiling water, turn on high for 2 hours. Chop all vegetables & add to soup, add small sliced pieces of polish sausage and creole seasoning. Cook on high for 2 hours, then low for 6 hrs, stirring occaissionally. Add additional seasonings to your taste, if needed. Makes 8 serving
