Italian Turkey Stew

Introduction

This is a hearty crock pot stew. This is a hearty crock pot stew.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 15-ounce jar of Italian tomato sauce
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    1 1/2 lb boneless turkey breast
    2 large sweet potatoes, cut into chunks
    1 lb frozen pearl onions
    10 ounces small brown mushrooms

Directions

1. Coat the bottom of your crock pot with cooking pray. Add tomato sauce, wine, flour, and rosemary. Stir to combine.

2. Add turkey, sweet potatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Stir to coat evenly with sauce.

3. Cover. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
