Modified Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Introduction

To meet my families prefrences this is half wheat half white flour and applesauce instead of the the all white flour and veggie oil that was originally called for. Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    3 Cups flour, half white, half wheat
    2 Teaspoons cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon salt
    1 Teaspoon baking soda
    4 eggs
    2 Cups sugar
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    1 & 1/2 cups applesauce
    1 & 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl beat together sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and applesauce. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Add in chocolate chips. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake for 60-70 minutes.
