    2 cups broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
    2 cups cauliflower, , chopped into bite-sized pieces
    1 cup grape tomatoes, whole
    3/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed (1/2 inch)
    1/2 cup mayonaisse

Directions

Toss all ingredients together, and eat. Makes appx. 6 1-cup servings.
