Really Rich Banana Bread

Really Rich Banana Bread

Introduction

This banana bread is really low fat but you would never know it! To make it even lighter use splenda and a full cup applesauce and eliminate the butter completely. My husband who is "anti-diet food" LOVES it! Add chocolate chips or walnuts in the last step to mix things up a bit! This banana bread is really low fat but you would never know it!
