Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Crepes:
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup water
    1 cup AP flour
    2 Tbs sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 Tbs Calvados
    2 Tbs Butter

    Apple Filing:
    3 Granny Smith Apples
    2 Tbs butter
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 Tbs Calvados
    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
    (3 Tbs optional nuts - I leave them out)

    Powdered sugar for dusting
    Whip cream if you like

Directions

Use Crepe pan for crepes. Prepare batter and refrigerate for 1-24 hours before making!
