Banana Pineapple Mango Kale Smoothie

Introduction

A great Green Smoothie with a thyroid boosting dose of blue green algae. Perfect way to add a healthy start to your day and perfect for any raw foodies out there! Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 1/2 bananas, peeled
    1 mango, pitted
    1/2 cp frozen pineapple
    4.75 cp of kale, destemmed (about 1/2 a big bunch)
    4 tsp of Elements for Life Blue Green Algae
    2 cups of water

Directions

Place ingredients in blender and blend until a complete smooth texture is reached. I used my 44oz Blendtec pitcher and used the 'Whole Juice' setting twice. Pour over ice and enjoy!
