Freezer Pickles

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Mix together in large bowl:
    2 quarts sliced cucumbers
    1 chopped onion
    2 T. salt

    Let stand for two hours.

    Stir in 1.5 cups sugar until dissolved.

    Add .5 cups vinegar, stir gently.

    Spoon into freezer safe containers. Makes approximately three pints.
