Chicken Taco Soup

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast cooked and chopped
    1 14oz can tomato sauce
    1 14oz can diced tomaotes with green chilies
    1 4oz green chilies
    1 can corn un drained
    2 cans dark kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 pkg taco seasoning


Directions

Cook your chicken or use left over chicken or even canned chicken.

Combine tomato sauce, diced tomaotes, chilies, corn, beans, and taco seasoning on a sauce pan. Heat until combined. Add chopped chicken and bring to boil, then simmer 15 minutes.

Real good served with Baked Tostido Scoop chips.

MAKES APPROX 9-1CUP SERVINGS (very filling)

***This does have some spice to it, so to cut down on that you could just use diced tomaotes and the small can of chilies...it seems that there is more heat in tomatoes with green chilies insted of them being sperate.
