1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 can Progresso hearty tomato soup
1 cup carrots,cut in chunks
1 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh peppers
1 cup chopped kale
Brown chicken, add soup and carrots and any spices.
Simmer 20 minutes and then add peas, peppers and kale. Simmer another 10-15 minutes.
Optional to serve over rice or not.
