Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

Submitted by: STPHNE

Introduction

Great little treat when you're craving pumpkin pie. You don't have to make a whole pie! Also high protein. We added the protein powder to sweeten it and add some protein. You could add some splenda to sweeten it if you like.

The 2 tsp of protein powder here contain a total of 15 calories, 0.3 g of fat, 0.3 g of sugar and 3 g of protein. (divide by 2 to get per-serving)

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

I highly recommend you mix this together before dinner and drop it in the freezer while you eat. The edges will freeze but the middle will still be creamy. Mix and eat.

Serves 2

(Note - 3/4 cup of the pumpkin is about a half can. If you double the recipe, just use the whole can.)

Number of Servings: 2
