Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Pumpkin, Libby's Canned Pure Pumpkin, 3.5 cups/can, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Silk, Unsweetened Soymilk, 1 cup, 1.5 serving (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 4 serving (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .3 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix Well
3. Pour into gram cracker crust.
4. Oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
5. Turn down to 350 for 40-50 minutes checking every 10 minutes.

  • I'm not sure why you used soy milk instead of skim milk. I have made a similar recipe but used skim milk and it was quite yummy. This is worth a try. - 10/18/10
