Introduction

My boss made these the other day and they were so delicious, I had to get the recipe and share it. You will notice that applesauce is used in place of butter. They were moist and super yummy! 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup applesauce (do not level off, it should be heaping)
    1 egg
    2 1/2 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12 1/2 cup muffin cups. Mix together flour, sugar, chopped walnuts, baking soda in a bowl. Combine bananas, applesauce, egg, and milk in another bowl.
