2 lbs Chicken breast, no skin 1.5 tbsp Olive oil 3 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh 1 tsp Italian seasoning salt and pepper to taste pinch of sugar
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings in shallow baking dish. Brush chicken with marinade and arrange in dish, let marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours. Grill chicken or cook in oven under broiler until cooked through. Serve on brown rice.
