Introduction

I thank the folks who posted the recipe I modified to come up with this. Tastes just like tuna fish without the fishy flavor. I thank the folks who posted the recipe I modified to come up with this. Tastes just like tuna fish without the fishy flavor.

Ingredients

    "Tuna"
    1/2 cup chick peas mashed with fork
    1 Tbs Veganaise
    1 slice chopped onion
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 - 2 Tbs relish
    1 squirt mustard

    "Sandwich ingredients"
    1 slice bread - toasted
    2 slices tomato
    grated soy cheese topping

Directions

Mix the tuna ingredients, toast your bread, add the "tuna" and top with tomato and soy cheese. Pop in under the broiler til it starts to melt and brown.
