Ingredients

* Turnip Greens, 170 grams, chopped
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
* Broth, Trader Joe's Organic Soy Ginger, 1 cup
* Butternut Squash, 5 cup, cubes
* Chili powder, 2 tbsp
* Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp
*Original Spike Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Water as needed
Directions
Heat broth, add onions, garlic, peppers. tomatoes, squash and greens. Add salt to taste. Simmer (adding water to maintain a slightly liquid consistency) for 10-15 mins. Add seasonings and cook for another 10 mins.
