SW Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

    1/2 whole wheat pita
    1oz pepper jack or cheddar cheese
    1 lg slice tomato
    1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
    Non-stick spray

Directions

Open pita like a pocket. Layer ingredients in order.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, coat with non-stick spray. Grill pita, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melty.

Can also be done in a panini press or Foreman grill.
