Ingredients

    1 Tblsp. olive oil
    .5 c. white flour
    .5 c. w.w. flour
    .25 c. oat bran
    1 tsp. dry yeast
    .5 tsp. sugar
    .25 tsp. salt
    .75 c. warm water
    Topping
    .5 c, tomato sauce
    1 Tblsp. Italian seasoning
    1 can pineapple chunks in natural juice fully drained
    1 4oz. can mushrooms drained
    1 c. diced ex lean ham
    .25 c. diced bell pepper

Directions

Oil pan. Mix crust and let rest while preparing toppings. Roll dough around pan to coat with oil. Set aside on plastic wrap. Sprinkle 1 tsp. cornmeal on center half of pan. Place dough in center of pan and let rest 5-10 min. Rub fingers in oil around pan. Spread dough to edges of pan. Spread with sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Top with meat and vegetables then grated cheese last. Bake in preheated 440 deg. oven, center rack 19-20 min.
