Summer Mint Tea

Ingredients

3 Cups Fresh Spearmint Leaves
1 Cup Loose Black Tea ( Lipton)
1 - 9.7oz bag of Splenda or Sucralose
1 Cup Lemon Juice
64 Cups Water
Directions
Makes about 4 Gallons
1. Take the mint leaves off the stems and chop them coarsely put them in a large pot ( at least 4 gallons )
2. Combine the loose tea , Splenda , and lemon juice into the pot.
3. Use hot water from the tap ( do not boil the water , as this will scald the leaves) to make the 64 cups of water
4. Let steep for several hours , then using a funnel with some cheesecloth in it , strain the liquid into jugs and refridgerate
