Introduction

I played around with other recipes, also added a spoon-tip of hot chili paste and juice from lemon to get right consistency. One could add golden raisins or nuts, not included in calorie count. Ingredients

    - 500 gr. broccoli (can combine with cauliflower) sliced thin
    - 4 celery stalks cut diagonally
    - carrot in thin strips for color
    - 2 scallions, cut diagonally
    - 2 garlic cloves
    - ginger root
    -1 T peanut butter (no sugar)
    -2 T olive oil
    - 2 T soy sauce
    - 1 T balsamic vinegar
    - 1 T rice wine vinegar
    - hot chili paste (tip of spoon) depending on preference

    Prepare veggies in a bowl. Use mini mixer to blend the sauce and pour over veggies. Can refrigerate at least an hour.
    Can top with golden raisins, sesame seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds or whatever...not included in calorie count.
