Sausage Muffins

Introduction

This is not a 'diet' food. This is a TREAT, not an everyday 'meal'. One muffin is definitely 'filling'. This is not a 'diet' food. This is a TREAT, not an everyday 'meal'. One muffin is definitely 'filling'.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    12 oz. pork sausage(340 grams)
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1 lg. egg
    1 cup skim milk
    2 cups sifted flour
    1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Brown sausage and drain. In a mixing bowl, combine Sausage, Milk, Egg, & oil. Stir in flour until blended. Fold in cheese. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven @ 400 F for 22 minutes. Makes 15 muffins.
