Ingredients

    IGNORE THE ABOVE INGREDIENT LIST, AS I WAS UNABLE TO PUT THE PRECISE MEASUREMENTS!

    2 Tablespoons cooked brown rice
    1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
    2 teaspoons grated carrot
    dash salt, pepper and garlic powder
    1 teaspoon flour
    2 teaspoons beaten egg

Directions

This is from a child's cookbook, and makes 2 or 3 patties - obviously for a larger batch you might want to pump up the measurements!

Mix the brown rice and parsley, add the carrot and spices (to your liking). Mix in the flour and egg, form into patties and fry in buttered/sprayed pan.
