Pumpkin Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Honey, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Kroger Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving (remove)
    *Biggest Loser Protein Powder Raspberry, 3 serving (remove)
    Cinnamon
    Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1/4 C Spenda or no calorie sweetener

Directions

In pot combine honey, pb, pumpkin, splenda. Heat on stove a few minutes. Add 2 tsp pp spice, cinnamon , protein powder. and oats. Stir. Spread in pam sprayed 8x8 baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes.
