Turkey Taco

Ingredients

    26.33 oz Ground turkey 93/7
    1 can reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
    1 T cumin
    1 T chili powder
    2 tsp oregano
    1 T dried minced onion
    1 T garlic powder
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Brown turkey and drain if necessary.

Add black beans, tomatoes, spices, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Serve with your choice of condiments and tortillas.

Each serving about 150 g.
